My Story

Welcome to Confectionate Layers ATX!

My passion for baking started when I was a kid, watching and learning in the kitchen alongside my parents and grandparents.

Today, I am a verified Homemade Texas cottage baker operating right out of my home kitchen in Pflugerville, TX. I specialize in custom sugar cookies, French macarons, cake pops, and decorated cakes. Every recipe is made from scratch to deliver great flavor without being overly sweet.

I love helping people celebrate! I accept custom orders for birthday parties, family gatherings, small businesses, and corporate events. I also offer fun group cookie decorating workshops and private French macaron classes.
